Obamacare haters gonna hate…or do they? Well, it depends on what hate is.
Overall, Americans are more divided and
Obamacare less popular since being introduced — not so surprising since Republicans have tried to repeal it 40 times and are running ads featuring an Uncle Sam with all the creepy charm of the plastic-headed Burger King. Sam is all up in a woman’s vagina like abortion foes that want to stick transvaginal probes up there. But is it apparently OK if a plastic-headed Koch brother wields a speculum.
But the dirty truth about Americans “hating” Obamacare is this: if you
separate out the individual portions of the legislation Americans actually like it very much. So much, that many Republicans legislators embrace parts of it, at least until there is another Hail Mary to kill it as part of the debt ceiling debate.

Who woulda’ thunk it? Paul Ryan loves
Rage Against the Machine. I would have pegged him as a Randy Ayn and the Fountainheads fan or a sucker for Sweet Georgie and the Romneylans. And, all he got for his trouble was a little requited rage from the band and a head scratch from Mittens who is more of a Lawrence Welk Head who occasionally likes to rock out to the Osmonds.
Politicians and musicians always seem to have trouble with each other. The politicos are forever skipping over copyright laws and neglecting
ASCAP fees to steal delightful ditties for their campaign songs.

The Hamptons (OPN) – The International Maritime Bureau announced on Monday that pirate attacks have decreased 54% over the past 6 months. The Bureau received reports of 177 attacks vs. 266 attacks in the previous reporting period. The unexpectedly low numbers have attracted the attention of embattled Presidential candidate Mitt Romney who blames President Barack Obama for the falling pirate jobs numbers.
