Dad died 1/20 at 9:58 PM EST. It was peaceful and I was able to be with him at the end.

Condolences to you and your family. This might not make much sense to you right now, but down the road, you will cherish that you were able to be with him at the end. I could not be with my parents when they passed, a continuing sadness for me.
